Bills - Split 50/50: Currently the average total bills are:

I have cable TV also, If interested in having a box in your room, I currently pay $60 per month for the Cable TV. The cable company charge $10/month extra for a second box, so it would be another $35 split 50/50. I get Bright house cable, with Showtime.

The Crowne themselves have a one-off application fee of $50 which they charge themselves. They will run a credit and Background (rental & criminal) check. Rest assured, the credit check is to see if the applicant is not in bad credit standing. Due the fact that I am on the lease, the credit check required for the unit has already been established. I believe it is just a formality on their part, nothing more.

The crowne is a great plce to live, most residents are above the age of 35, mostly professionals and family type, some retired. A lot of doctors, nurses, accountants, teachers etc. In the year and a half I have been living here, never once have I experienced or heard of any disruptive resident. A very quiet place to live. I am literally less than a half mile from many supermarkets, hardware & homeware stores, and no more than a quarter mile from over a dozen restaurants.

I'm 27, a university post graduate, and currently employed, have no kids / pets. I am crime/drug free and I ask the same, as does the Crowne management. No pets please. One thing I need to mention before I waste any of your time is that I do not have a kitchen in the house; when I bought the house the cabinets, countertops and appliances were falling apart and dilapidated so I ripped them out and have not had the resources to get a new kitchen built.
