Best of the best spectacular 4th floor direct oceanfront condominium. This unit is perfect for a 2 family vacation as per each can be together and have there own private ocean accommodations. It's impossible to find a better view than this.
The master bedroom in (unit 404A) has a king bed and large relaxing jacuzzi tub with window overlooking the ocean. The living room has sliding glass doors out to the balcony which looks out over the beach, ocean, and historic band shell. The living room also has a queen sleeper in it.
The guest bedroom in (unit 404B) has 2 double beds, queen sleeper sofa in the den, with it's own private bathroom, tub - shower. The kitchen has full size appliances pots - pans with all cooking utensils included. The den can be your third bedroom with the queen sleeper in it.
Since the resort is right on the sand, it's easy to make quick runs to your room throughout the day, for snacks or breaks from the sun. Indoor and outdoor putting greens, a fitness center, game room and programs for both kids and adults ( including the pleasant - sounding "ladies pampering days" ) round this resort out.

Just south of the resort is the historic Coquina band shell, which often hosts free concerts. If you're gutsy , strap yourself into one of the scream-inducing thrill rides at the DAYTONA BEACH PIER.

The resort is adjacent to the colorful OCEAN WALK SHOPPES, a complex filled with restaurants, a 10-screen movie theater and stores like Maui Nix Surf Shop. If we are able to rebook the property, we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee. The option of trading your time in for a later date may be considered, based on availbility.

Cleaning & Security Deposit:
A $95 departure cleaning fee will be charged at time of reservation.
The security deposit required upon booking would be $300, this deposit will be returned to you after cleaning and inspection of unit, as per no damage.

Three bedrooms accommodate 2 adults each comfortably (1 king, 1 queen and 1 full size bed) and there is a sleeper sofa in the third bedroom. There is also a very large walk-in closet off the master bedroom which can accommodate a crib or queen-size air mattress (not supplied).

This is a ground floor side unit on a beachfront condo. Beach access is through a gate and steps right from the pool area (see pictures). Access to the pool is down one level from the ground floor accessible by steps or elevator.

Besides the pool and beach at the condo, you can find additional children's activities at www.daytonabeach.com

All of the Orlando theme parks are only 1hr 15min (all freeway) from the condo.

One assigned covered parking space is included and there is ample additional guest parking.

All linens and towels (except beach towels) are included, the kitchen has all new appliances and is fully stocked. An electric barbeque is supplied for use on the side patio.

A late model full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit. You must supply your own detergent and dishwashing cleanser.

Beach chairs and umbrellas and some children's beach toys are supplied.

Especially convenient for those guests accompanied by their pets, as ground-level entries from both patios allow you to let them out for a little exercise or for a bathroom break (immediate clean-up is required) without having to change out of your pajamas or wait for an elevator.
