Bedding for 2BR units is one king, two doubles, and a queen sleeper. Bedding for 3BR units is two kings, two doubles, and a queen sleeper.
3BR units are guaranteed ocean front. I made ocean front reservations for all the 2BR units. However, it is possible, albeit unlikely, that at check-in, Ocean Walk will assign a unit with a different view. It has happened twice in seven years. I will call the front desk the day before check-in and request that guests not be moved but in reality, I can't prevent it happening and can't do anything it if it does.
All 2BR and 3BR units have a living area, full kitchen, hot tub, in-unit washer/dryer, and a balcony. Parking for one vehicle is included with the rental. Municipal parking is across the street. I recommend calling Ocean Walk (386-323-4800) about parking for trailers. No pets, no smoking, no required sales pitch.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation, deposit will be forfeited and refund of the advanced rental will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved under your contract.
If we are able to rebook the property, we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee. The option of trading your time in for a later date may be considered, based on availability.
