We're located directly across A1A from the beach in Flagler Beach. All units have an ocean view, and, ALL utilities, cable tv, and wifi are included in the rent.
There's an ocean-view swimming pool, and a large, common-area patio with umbrella tables, lounge chairs, and a BBQ grill. There are stairs leading down to the beach directly across the street, and there's a [free] laundry room on site.
*We currently have one large studio left, with a kitchenette, full-size refrigerator, microwave, and 2-burner cookplate for $1,500/month.
Move-in requirements are:
First month’s rent.
One month's rent for security deposit.
There is a $50 application fee for each adult.
Verifiable income is needed, and background checks will be done, so you’ll need to have a good rental history.
