Up for sale is a vintage Sony Solid State clock radio (Model 8FC-55W), originally manufactured in Tokyo, Japan, in the mid-1960s. It features a handsome wooden cabinet with that classic Mid-Century Modern aesthetic, making it a great statement piece for any room.
Functional Condition: The radio powers on perfectly and picks up both AM and FM bands with that classic, warm vintage sound. The knobs turn smoothly. The integrated clock with Telechron movement (USA Dial) is present.
Cosmetic Condition: Vintage / Used. As shown in the pictures, it has some wear, scuffs, and age patina on the wooden finish and metal knobs, giving it an authentic vintage character (please see photos and video for details).
