Looking for someone dependable to help clean and maintain 2 small apartments on a regular basis. I also have a third location to regularly clean as well depending on how things go.
Basic turnover-style cleaning, organizing, laundry, light upkeep, etc.
Pay to start would be:
- $50 per apartment
- Usually $100 total per visit
I also have a large Airstream on the property, and if it ends up being a good fit for both sides, there may be an opportunity for a longer-term live-in arrangement where we can work something out.
This is probably best for someone:
- Clean and organized
- Responsible and drama-free
- Flexible schedule is a plus
- Comfortable working independently
