Located on a big prime corner lot in the gated 55+ active Seniors community, Treasure Isle Estates, this 1977 Skyline mobile home was in the process of being completely renovated when I bought it in January 2023. The contractors who were doing the work stated that almost everything in this home is new, even the drywalls throughout, the insulation inside them, the metal siding, trusses & metal roof. It seems that the only thing left from the original home is the chassis and frame! They insulated the new 3/4 plywood subfloors from the foundation by the expanding spray foam commonly used for that purpose.
