To secure start finish Date and our team will start ordering and gathering materials for your project °deposits are non refundable. Respectfully a payment is due on the day of starting your project (Team + all materials will be coming with me 1st day) and final balance + any and all add ons $ is are due in entirety on completion of project "notifed cleared payment : that same day " so i have no surprises. Its very possible full payment is due on the same day as start date upon your project. We are that seasoned as you see from my photos of built its not our first Rodeo.
