Basic 3 Bed 2 bath or smaller $160 up to 4h
Basic 3-5 Bed 2-4 bath $200 up to 5h
Square footage and dirt level is taken into consideration, rates based on average dwellings.
We can address only parts of the house that are your major concern.
Move outs and construction clean up available, per hour basis.
Minimum of 3h $120 with in 30 minute radius of my location, no exceptions.
Emergency cleaning available at an additional rate.
We service the Fly in, Waters Edge, LPGA, High Rise Condos and few AirbNBs, just to name a few.
Licensed and insured.
