INDOOR ATHLETIC FLOORING CREW MEMBERS NEEDED – FLORIDA & GEORGIA
We are seeking reliable, hardworking Indoor Athletic Flooring crew members to join our team, supporting installation and service projects across Florida and Georgia.

Position Overview:
This role is responsible for assisting with the installation, repair, refinishing, and maintenance of indoor athletic flooring systems in schools, gymnasiums, fitness centers, and commercial facilities. Experience with wood sports floors, rubber flooring, sheet vinyl systems, and poured urethane is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist with the installation of indoor athletic flooring systems, including wood, rubber, sheet vinyl, and poured urethane.
-Perform repairs, refinishing, and routine maintenance of flooring systems.
-Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to job sites.
-Safely operate hand and power tools.
-Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites.
-Travel to project locations throughout Florida and Georgia.
Qualifications:
-Previous flooring experience preferred; indoor athletic flooring experience is a strong plus.
-Professional demeanor with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
-Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials.
-Reliable transportation required- Basic hand tools required.
-Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
-Willingness and ability to travel throughout Florida and Georgia.
-Valid Driver’s License required.
-Must pass Jessica Lunsford Act background screening (required for Florida school projects).
