A Condominium Association in the Ormond Beach area is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Condo Maintenance Technician.
Location: Ormond Beach, FL
Schedule: 16–24 hours per week including one weekend day
Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour
ID required: Social Security card and Driver's License
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Basic Work Type: Porter with lawn maintenance experience
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect the property each morning.
• Remove trash, debris and litter from grounds and buildings to on-sight trash bins. Clear trash chutes when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of clubhouse and common areas
• Clean and service 10 laundry rooms (sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning vents, and sanitizing equipment)
• Communicate professionally with residents, board members, and office personnel
• Use a personal cell phone for business-related communication (calls, texts, emails)
• Lawn Maintenance
Additional skills and experiences a plus. Opportunities may include (but are not limited to):
• light maintenance tasks
• painting
• electrical
• plumbing
• pool maintenance (incl. chemicals)
