Oceanfront condominium property seeking a dependable, experienced Maintenance Technician for full-time employment.
This is a hands-on position at a busy 5-story beachfront property. We are looking for someone reliable, motivated, and ready to work.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ General building maintenance (common areas)
ā¢ Electrical & plumbing troubleshooting
ā¢ HVAC / A/C support
ā¢ Preventative maintenance
ā¢ Painting, light concrete & exterior repairs
ā¢ Pool deck & grounds upkeep
ā¢ Assisting with property improvement projects
Requirements:
ā¢ Maintenance or construction experience preferred
ā¢ Experience with fan coil A/C units OR willingness to learn is a MUST
ā¢ Basic knowledge of electrical & plumbing systems
ā¢ Must be dependable and on time
ā¢ Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
ā¢ Comfortable working outdoors
ā¢ Must be available to work weekends and holidays
