The Yard Foreman / Boat Washer is responsible for maintaining the appearance and readiness of boats in our yard and preparing vessels for customer delivery. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and pride in workmanship. Experience in marine detailing or boat yard operations is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: Wash and maintain boats on the lot on a regular basis / Perform delivery detailing to ensure boats are customer-ready / Assist with bottom painting, including prep and cleanup / Buffing and waxing boats to maintain showroom-quality appearance / Prepare boats for delivery, including final clean-up and visual inspections
Qualifications: Prior experience washing, detailing, or working around boats is preferred / Experience with buffing, waxing, or bottom paint is a plus / Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions / Strong work ethic and attention to detail / Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical labor / Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently / Valid driver’s license preferred
