Full-time, entry level paralegal position available in a small law office practicing in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration. Prior law office experience a plus.

The successful candidate will be a quick-study, extremely computer literate, intuitive, ambitious, detail oriented, an excellent multi-tasker; and, able to compose letters and documents with flawless grammar and spelling. Proficiency in Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, and Excel), and QuickBooks, as well as use of general office equipment (faxing, copying, and document scanning/indexing) is a must.
This is an extremely fast-paced position requiring an upbeat, calm, and patient disposition with a professional appearance and compassionate demeanor. Your duties will also include greeting clients and vendors, answering telephones, scheduling appointments, screening and routing calls and handling inquiries.
