The FGX730SC acoustic electric guitar offers great features, including a cutaway body with a Solid Sitka Spruce Top, Rosewood back and sides, and a Rosewood fingerboard in a beautiful hi-gloss natural finish. With FGX730SC you have the option of plugging into a PA or amp with a 1-way piezo/preamp system with a 3-band EQ, adjustable midrange frequency control, and built-in chromatic tuner. Acoustically or plugged in, the FGX730SC sounds fantastic. Binding around entire guitar body, neck and headstock.

The A.R.T. preamp system's 1-way configuration features one main pickup system consisting of two pickups underneath the saddle. The 3-band equalizer gives the ability to control the mid-range for versatile sound creation. The system is also equipped with an onboard tuner. The body's non-scallop, X-type bracing design delivers deep lows full of presence that are unique to the Yamaha sound, and a clear upper end, making a clear and tight response. The Yamaha FGX730SC's head design includes real mother-of-pearl inlay on the headstock and adds a touch of class not found often in this price range.

I've owned over 20 Yamaha Acoustics and this one is superior to any of the others. Play it and hear it you will buy it. I have an acoustic guitar amp to plug into and have other acoustics for sale also. Including an Ovation 12 String that's mint and plays as easy as my Guild Model F2512E.
