With that being said, there are a few things that you need to know before asking me if the property is still available.
First, if you are looking for a pristine piece of property such as Mara Lago or the Taj Mahal, this is not it! Do not bother wasting my time making an appointment only to NOT show up or tell me you did not like the park! It is getting to be EXTREMELY annoying!! I would highly suggest you see the park BEFORE you contact me to see if it would be a good fit for you.
The address to the park is: 1930 S. Ridgewood Ave, S. Daytona, FL. 32119. Also, be aware that this is an older park with over 95% of the homes here that are “fixer uppers.” So, if you are looking for a good bargain and are handy or know someone who is, then you can get an INCREDIBLY good deal here! The neighbors are nice, and everyone looks after each other. It is quiet and LITERALLY near everything! You do not even need a car to get around, as most everything you need is within walking distance!
Lastly, you MUST either be 55+ or live with someone who is. The lot rent here is $813 a month, which is about $400 to $700 lower than what the area asks for as far as a two-bedroom/1-bath goes. Here is a washer/Dryer station on the property. The rent includes water (up to 10,000 gallons a month). The riverside is just across the street in case you like to hang out by the water.
