The rent is $450 monthly, $450 refundable deposit, plus 1/3 shared utilities. There's off street parking, laundry, private bath (at this time), internet available, shared house privileges, including kitchen, dining room, etc. I am a mature and VERY respectful male. Realtor, house-rehabber, musician. Easy to get along with, no drug use and very lite drinking. I am interested in strictly a roommate. Not looking for 'benefits." No drugs or heavy drinking. Must be reliable, trustworthy, clean. First and 1 month's security deposit required. May be able to accept payments on security deposit. Central air/heat is non-functional. Cooling is by window units, one of which is in your room and works great. May consider small, well behaved pet at extra fee or deposit. The room can be furnished, as shown, or unfurnished. Room access is keyed.
