HELLO... We are seeking a great guy who would love to have awesome roommates. Offering a room, it is a month-to-month rental. Nice room for ONE outstanding guy, no couples, no kids. Hope to find a nice friendly gentleman who seeks a quiet safe place to live and to relax. This is an adult male atmosphere, please be employed and able to meet the monthly rent and put down a small deposit. We have a solar heated inground pool and spa to chill and relax in plus sunbathing au natural. It's your choice, not mandatory... Large TV in theater room, large drop-down screen for movie time. You will share the nice bath with one other and each will make sure the bath is clean and ready for the other roommate. Home has security, many cameras inside and outside. Central H/A, great mature roommates who are fun and outgoing. We are Disney nuts and love to travel. Age is a state of mind, and we haven't seceded the union yet. We all get along. Room is furnished with quality wood furnishings. We have pics if you wish to see more of the home and its amenities, just ask. Text us for more information or pics desired, or answers to questions.
