We are a growing real estate company seeking a highly organized, motivated Personal Assistant with real estate and sales experience to support daily operations and help move the company forward.
This role is ideal for someone with an independent mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to think quickly and strategically. You must be comfortable juggling multiple tasks, anticipating needs, and staying several steps ahead.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Managing schedules, deadlines, and follow-ups
Coordinating communications with clients, vendors, and team members
Handling administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Identifying problems and proactively offering solutions
Keeping systems, files, and workflows extremely organized
What we’re looking for:
Prior experience in real estate, sales, or a fast-paced professional environment
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Goal-driven with a strong work ethic
Independent self-starter who doesn’t need hand-holding
Forward thinker and natural problem solver
Able to think quickly and adapt on the fly
Some level of college education required.
