Responsibilities:
* Manage maintenance and construction projects from start to finish
* Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal teams
* Track project schedules, budgets, and scope
* Prepare RFQs, reports, and project documentation
* Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Facility Management, or related field
* 3+ years of project management experience (5+ years preferred)
* Valid Florida Driver's License
* Experience with Microsoft Office; Lucity experience is a plus
