We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Production Associate to join our sign shop team. This is a hands-on role focused on the physical production and assembly of signs and custom products. We are open to both entry-level and more experienced applicants. Compensation will be based on experience and skill level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cutting, laminating, and assembling signs and printed materials
- Preparing materials and components for production
- Working closely with the graphic designer to ensure accurate output
- Inspecting finished products for quality and consistency
- Keeping the production area clean, organized, and efficient
- Following shop procedures and safety guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Hands-on mindset and comfort working with tools and equipment
- Reliability, organization, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain production standards
- Pride in producing clean, professional results
Pluses (not required):
- Graphic design experience
- Previous sign shop or print shop experience
- Experience with production equipment or tools
