What You’ll Do:
✔ Prepare units for new residents (painting, cleaning, minor repairs)
✔ Complete general maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC)
✔ Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming community grounds
✔ Respond to work orders in a timely manner
✔ Support overall property upkeep and resident satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:

✅ Previous experience is a plus (EPA/HVAC certification a plus for tech roles)
