Hiring – Experienced Painter (Volusia County)
B & B Painting & More is looking to add one experienced painter to the team.
We’re looking for someone who can handle interior and exterior projects and understands detailed prep work from start to finish.
Most importantly — you must fully know how to spray.
That means: • Proper setup and masking
• Correct tip selection and pressure control
• Even application without striping or heavy build
• Not wasting material
• Knowing when to backroll and when not to
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment properly
If you’ve only sprayed a few times or need constant direction, this won’t be a fit.
This is for someone confident in their craft who can work independently and produce clean, professional results.
