We are looking for reliable Owner‑Operators with the following equipment:
cargo/sprinters
26ft Box Trucks
Straight Trucks
Dry Vans
Reefers
Hotshots
Flatbeds / Step Decks
This is a dispatch partnership.
You run your truck — we find the freight, negotiate rates, and handle the paperwork.
PAY STRUCTURE
You keep 80% of the load gross
We take 20% (dispatch, paperwork, broker communication, load sourcing)
REQUIREMENTS
Must own a qualifying commercial truck
Valid driver’s license
Clean MVR
Must carry required insurance
Professional communication
Ability to run local, regional, or OTR
Must be able to use dispatch apps for tracking & PODs
