It is gated and has many money amenities to enjoy throughout the winter.

This is a ver spacious 3 bedroom 2 Bath and unit with plenty of light and beautiful furnishings.
We are on the fourth floor with amazing views of the estuary sunsets rocket launches and everything you could imagine.
There are 2 balconies 1 in the front and one in the back for a lot of privacy and beautiful views.
We offer a king suite for the master with the ensuite bathroom ...his and her sinks walk in closets and a Private balcony.
The other room boasts a beautiful Queen bed with all the furnishings.
Is the third bedroom post too beautiful twin beds with beautiful furnishings.
This is a very beautiful tropical themed Bahamas style condo not to be missed
We are renting for 3 night minimum ...you can rent for a week ...you can rent for a month or a few months.
The average nightly rental is about $245 And holidays are a bit more. If you take the condo for 2 weeks or more we give you a more of a discount
No pets in this community and no smoking whatsoever.
We are super host on the vacation platforms but if you book here you save yourself 18% commission that they are charging on these high-end vacation platforms.
