Beautiful beach which hosts many water activities and sports such as jet ski rentals and parasailing, deep sea fishing. Day trips to Disney, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and Kennedy Space center are easily done from this location. There are also local amusements such as miniature golf as also available, as well as shopping outlets.
Must be 21 yrs old to be listed guest on reservation. $100 pre-authorization on a major credit card is required for incidentals. No smoking and no pets - each has a fine.
Free parking available on site.

A guest certificate charge $75 will be added that is NOT included in the price if required for booking. At present (date of post 10/5/2023) this is not required but maybe enforced for 2024 bookings. If required in 2024 $75 will be added to the total cost.
