I Want a Workout Partner (HOLLY HILL)

I would like to start working out again, 2-3 days a week with a workout partner so we can motivate each other. Looking for someone that's in pretty good shape (no chubbs), under 40, non-smoker, local to the Ormond/Holly Hill area. If you have a home gym set up that would be great, but I'm willing to join a good gym too. Tell me your age and how often you workout.
